Jade provides counselling services for children, teenagers, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, stress, and grief. With 8 years of experience as an Ontario educator, she emphasizes safe spaces, strong connections, and building skills to facilitate lasting change.

Jade aims to equip her clients with the insights and tools to build fulfilling lives. Her warm, non-judgmental approach puts clients at ease.

  • Child Therapy

    Jade offers counselling services to help address anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, social difficulties, trauma, family challenges, and more.

  • Teen Therapy

    Jade works with teenagers for issues around self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, social challenges, trauma and family dynamics.

  • Adult Therapy

    Jade help adults gain insight into their thoughts and behaviours, learn coping strategies, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and find greater fulfillment.

  • Assessments

    Jade is currently expanding her expertise through training in comprehensive assessments including psycho-educational, giftedness, ADHD, and autism assessments.
